  • We sell home health and comfort devices including blood pressure monitors, hearing aids, TENS machines, and foot massagers.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur between the product image and the actual product.
  • Our products are intended for personal, domestic use only and are not to be resold.
  • Certain products (Lonva Monitor, Lonva Relief) are UKCA/CE-marked medical devices. Always read the included instructions and safety information before use.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) depending on your region, and include applicable taxes where required.
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout via Shopify Payments.
  • Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & Availability

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance of your order by sending a dispatch confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or order limits.
  • Products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

  • We ship worldwide — to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe, and most other countries.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • Estimated delivery: UK 2–5 working days, US 3–5 working days, Canada 3–5 working days, Europe 3–5 working days, Rest of World 5–8 working days.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Warranty

  • All Lonva products are covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • To make a warranty claim, email contact@lonvahealth.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Product Safety & Intended Use

  • Our devices are designed for personal home use and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.
  • TENS devices (Lonva Relief) must not be used by individuals with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, if you have epilepsy, or on the front of the neck. Always read the safety instructions.
  • Heated devices (Lonva Soothe) should be used with care by individuals with diabetes or reduced sensation in the feet.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and design — is owned by Elementic Brands LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from this Website without our prior written consent.
