Ordering & Delivery

How fast do you ship?

All orders are processed within 24 hours, 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday). Delivery takes 2–5 working days across the UK — and it's always free.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all of the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't ship internationally yet, but we plan to expand soon.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — email us immediately and we'll update it. Once it's shipped, we can't change the address.

Returns & Guarantee

What's your returns policy?

30 days, no questions asked. Not right for you (or your mum)? Send it back in its original packaging for a full refund — including the cost of standard delivery. Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns; we pay return shipping for faulty items.

How long is the guarantee?

2 years on every Lonva device, covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll arrange a repair or replacement free of charge.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@lonvahealth.com with your order number. We'll confirm your return and give you the return address. Pack the product in its original packaging and send it via a tracked service. Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

How long does a refund take?

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 working days to show it in your account.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us straight away. We'll arrange a free return (we pay the postage) and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
