Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order easily — here's how it works depending on where your order is in the process.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, as part of our money-back guarantee (see our Return & Refund Policy). For UK customers, this exceeds the 14-day cancellation period required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it for a full refund with no fees.
Email us at contact@lonvahealth.com with your order number and we will cancel it immediately.
Because we process orders within 24 hours (7 days a week), please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Cancellation After Dispatch (In Transit)

If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot stop it in transit.
You can either refuse delivery when the parcel arrives (it will be returned to us), or accept it and follow our standard return process.
Once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
If you refuse delivery, you do not need to pay return shipping.

Cancellation After Delivery

If you have already received your order and wish to cancel, this is treated as a return under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing: within 14 days of cancellation confirmation (before dispatch) or within 14 days of receiving the returned item (after dispatch).
Your bank may take an additional 5–10 working days to show the refund in your account.
