We ship orders worldwide. Free standard delivery on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday).
  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail, courier capacity, severe weather, or bank holidays. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay with your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Delivery Attempts

  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.
  • Parcels may be left with a neighbour or at a local collection point depending on your carrier's policy.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
